Grace Community Online: Community Guidelines

(A Grace-Filled Space for Learning, Fellowship, and Growth)

1. Core Purpose of Our Community

Grace Community Online exists to share the true gospel of grace, encourage biblical understanding, and provide a place for fellowship centered on Jesus Christ. We aim to edify, equip, and encourage believers while maintaining a grace-filled and respectful environment.

2. Community Guidelines

A. Grace-Filled Discussions

  • All discussions should reflect the spirit of grace, love, and respect.
  • Engage in conversations with a humble and teachable attitude.
  • If you disagree with someone, focus on Scripture and sound reasoning, not personal attacks.

B. Core Beliefs of This Community

Grace Community Online affirms:

  1. Salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8-9).
  2. Eternal security (“once saved, always saved”) is the biblical position (John 10:28-29).
  3. The Bible is the final authority on all matters of faith and doctrine (2 Timothy 3:16).

While we welcome believers from different backgrounds, this community is not a space for promoting doctrines contrary to the grace-based gospel.

C. No Doctrinal Wars or Divisive Behavior

  • Debate should never overshadow edification. Discussions should be constructive and not lead to endless arguments (2 Timothy 2:23).
  • We welcome sincere questions and respectful conversations about Scripture—even when there are disagreements. However, repeatedly promoting doctrines that contradict our core beliefs (such as losing salvation, works-based salvation, or legalism) is not permitted.
    • By “promoting,” we mean:
      • Repeatedly posting or teaching views that oppose our core beliefs after correction
      • Attempting to persuade others to adopt those views
      • Framing unbiblical teachings as truth rather than seeking understanding
  • Asking honest questions or exploring Scripture to gain clarity is always encouraged—this community exists to help people grow in grace through respectful, biblical dialogue.

D. Stay Edifying

  • Avoid fear-based, condemning, or guilt-driven teaching that contradicts grace.
  • Encourage one another (1 Thessalonians 5:11) and speak with kindness and wisdom.
  • Avoid excessive speculation, conspiracy theories, or off-topic content.

E. Moderation & Warnings

  • Moderators will guide discussions and ensure the space remains edifying.
  • Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, post removal, or, in extreme cases, being asked to leave.

  • Ask: “What does Scripture say?” instead of relying on personal experiences.
  • Pray before engaging—seek wisdom before responding (James 1:5).
  • Focus on unity in Christ rather than division (Romans 14:1).
  • If a topic becomes heated, take a step back and reflect before continuing.

4. Conclusion: Our Call to Grace

This community should reflect the heart of God’s grace—patient, kind, and rooted in truth. We’re here to learn, grow, and share the gospel, not to argue or tear each other down.

“Let all that you do be done with love.” – 1 Corinthians 16:14
